Process

Consumers wishing to initiate an ADR process should contact the ADR entity directly. The ADR entity will then guide both the consumer and Perfeito100Pressa through the steps to achieve a resolution.

Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

For disputes related to online sales or service contracts, consumers in the EU can also access the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The ODR platform is a web-based platform that is designed to help consumers and traders resolve their disputes out-of-court.
