When booking with Perfect Travel, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Liability

  • Perfect Travel is not liable for incorrect dates, flight numbers, or times provided by the customer. Please double-check your booking details for accuracy.

Payment

  • If not paying via PayPal/Credit Card online, payments are to be made in euros, in cash to the driver upon arrival. For return transfers, the total amount is payable upon the first service completion. The person who made the booking is responsible for the final payment.

Booking Confirmation

  • Carry your booking confirmation with you when travelling. Your driver may request it upon your arrival at Faro Airport.

Cancellations and Changes

  • Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 100% charge.
  • Changes to your booking must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival. Failure to show without prior notification will also result in a 100% charge.

Luggage Policy

  • Each client is entitled to one suitcase and one hand luggage. Additional items (e.g., golf clubs, surfboards, bicycles, wheelchairs) must be declared at the time of booking. We are not responsible for extra luggage that does not fit due to failure to inform.

Conduct

  • Perfect Travel reserves the right to refuse transport to individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs or posing a risk to the safety of our drivers.
  • Smoking and eating are not permitted inside the vehicles. Only water is allowed.

Service Guarantee

  • We aim to arrive on time for pickups at Faro Airport and for your return journey. However, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather conditions). We will communicate with you in the event of a delay.

Personal Property

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transport. Your belongings remain your responsibility.

Special Requirements

  • Please inform us in advance if you require booster or baby seats to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Delays and Wait Time

  • A wait time of 1 hour after your flight lands is included. For longer delays, please notify us. Additional charges may apply for extended wait times.

Pricing Adjustments

  • Incorrectly selected destinations (resort names) may result in an adjusted charge, either increased or decreased.

Flight Delays and Cancellations

  • We accommodate flight delays up to 1 hour. For delays over 3 hours or next-day arrivals, please contact us. Failure to notify may result in service cancellation.
